# Customer Journey

This is the general flow that end-users will go through in order to purchase cryptocurrency through AliX Pay. Our checkout solution abstracts the crypto payments layer and removes the complexity of liquidity management, regulatory compliance and payment networks. This reduces the technical friction for any business wanting to build payments into their decentralised applications.
